Product overview
Hexagonal slotted head screws, family MTCHR (DIN 962), supplied primarily in PA66. Designed for applications requiring chemical resistance, electrical insulation and corrosion-free fastenings. Some sizes (e.g. 1/4-20) are available in transparent PC. Dyeing/colouring available on request. Measures expressed in: Millimeters.

Materials and properties

• PA66 (Polyamide 66 / Nylon): good chemical resistance, high rigidity and dimensional stability, good electrical insulation; continuous use temperature approximately 100–110 °C depending on formulation.
• PC (Polycarbonate): transparent option for selected sizes (e.g. 1/4-20).
• Related materials referenced across families: LDPE (flexible, insulating), PA6 (balanced mechanical/thermal properties), PA6GF30 (30% glass-fibre reinforced — higher stiffness and thermal resistance).
