Product overview
Screws manufactured in PA66 and PA66GF30 (PA66 with 30% glass fiber). Technical-grade polymer fasteners designed as a lightweight, corrosion-resistant alternative to metal screws for industrial assemblies requiring electrical insulation, low magnetic signature and vibration damping.

Main properties
  • Thermal: PA66 continuous use up to 100 °C; PA66GF30 up to 120 °C continuous use.
  • Mechanical: high tensile performance for polymer materials; increased stiffness with PA66GF30; good dimensional stability.
  • Chemical: good resistance to oils, greases, hydrocarbons and common solvents.
