Overview
Our male-female hexagonal threaded spacer MSCE is designed for the fixing, spacing and positioning of boards, panels and components, maintaining a defined distance between assembly elements. The hexagonal body enables tool engagement for fast assembly and secure tightening during installation.

Material and properties
Manufactured from PA66 (polyamide 66), the spacer provides a balanced combination of mechanical strength, toughness and low weight, together with good electrical insulation characteristics.

Applications
Plastic hex spacers are particularly suited to PCB mounting, keeping a defined clearance between the board and the chassis, panel or metal structure and preventing unwanted electrical contact. Typical uses include electronic equipment, electrical panels, enclosures and other assemblies where weight reduction, corrosion resistance or electrical insulation between components is required.
