Screws manufactured in PA66 and PA66GF30 (PA66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber). These technical polymer screws provide a lightweight, corrosion-resistant alternative to metal fasteners for industrial assemblies where electrical insulation, reduced weight or non-magnetic properties are required.

Main properties

• Thermal: continuous use up to 100 °C for PA66; up to 120 °C for PA66GF30 (application dependent).
• Mechanical: good tensile strength; increased stiffness and dimensional stability with PA66GF30.
• Chemical: resistant to oils, greases, hydrocarbons and common solvents.
