Overview
The Mopao®4S Automated Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machine is a next-generation, high-precision, fully automated system for preparation of metallographic specimens. The unit integrates a water-cooling system and abrasive-flushing nozzles to maintain sample temperature during grinding and to remove abrasive particles, preventing thermal alteration of the microstructure. The enclosure is ABS with stainless-steel standard components for improved corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Designed for automated coarse grinding, fine grinding and progressive polishing, it is suitable for industrial laboratories, research institutes and university teaching labs.
