The MoPao®1000B is an automatic single-disc benchtop metallographic grinding and polishing machine designed for automated sample preparation in industrial, research and university laboratories. It supports selectable platen rotation direction, quick-change platen replacement, a multi-sample holder with mechanical center-force loading, and automatic abrasive delivery. Microprocessor control provides stepless speed adjustment of the platen and polishing head and user-friendly settings for sample pressure and processing time. The machine performs rough grinding, fine grinding and coarse-to-fine polishing; a water-cooling system prevents specimen overheating. The ABS housing and stainless-steel standard components ease cleaning and resist corrosion.
