Product Overview
The iqiege® 6100DH is an intelligent metallographic specimen cutting machine combining manual and automatic cutting modes for flexible operation. It processes metal, rock, ceramic and other metallic and non-metallic specimens for metallographic and petrographic microstructure analysis. The machine features a dedicated coolant system to remove cutting heat and prevent thermal damage. It supports three cutting modes, intelligent parameter settings and real-time motor load monitoring to avoid overload. The integrated manual–automatic mode offers the simplicity of manual operation with the repeatability of automatic cutting. Automatic feed rate is adjustable from 1 to 15 mm/min, suitable for routine specimen preparation in educational and industrial laboratories.
