Description

Product Overview The iqiege®7100D is a professional large-scale metallographic sample cutting machine designed for oversized specimens. It is intended for cutting metals, ceramics, composite materials and petrographic samples. The machine features an extra-large cutting chamber with a maximum cutting length of 1200 mm, enabling processing of long-length workpieces such as battery-case materials. It supports manual and automatic operation modes, offers three cutting methods with pulse-cutting and real-time spindle-height adjustment, and is powered by a 3 kW motor with a spindle speed of 2800 r/min. Integrated safety systems include safety light curtains, electric doors and multiple alarm prompts.
