Overview
The ZXQ-2 automatic metallographic sample mounting machine is designed for mounting very small, hard-to-handle or irregular metallographic and petrographic specimens to facilitate subsequent cutting, grinding and polishing for metallographic observation, spectroscopic analysis or hardness testing. The unit is controlled by a microcontroller with programmable sequences, performing automatic heating, pressurization, controlled cooling and final automatic pressure release and shutdown, allowing unattended operation throughout the preparation cycle. The interface is simple and operation is straightforward, suited to laboratory and production environments.
