Evaluation board NRPEB 51-RE

Overview
The netRAPID 51 Evaluation Board (NRPEB 51-RE) is an evaluation platform for Real-Time Ethernet applications equipped with NRP 51-RE chip carriers. The compact 32 x 32 mm netX chip carrier is designed for direct soldering to the host system (manual or SMD production). The board provides Real-Time Ethernet communication, an integrated web server and an additional transparent Ethernet channel for host-processor based IT solutions. Applications can use the internal TCP/IP stack via a socket interface or access the netRAPID Ethernet MAC via a raw Ethernet interface.

IoT & communication features
netRAPID 51-RE integrates IoT capabilities including an OPC UA server and an MQTT client. For extended communication tasks the module includes SQI Flash, the netX multi-protocol chip and additional SDRAM. Ethernet transformers, network connectors, LEDs and address switches must be provided on the customer PCB.
