Product overview The universal exchangeable module netJACK is designed for embedded applications and supports high‑performance CPUs (e.g. Intel Atom®) via PCI Express. Alternative NJ 51D-RE/PNS versions provide a traditional parallel dual‑port memory interface or a fast serial SPI interface. The closed IP40 module features a compact design and tool‑free plug‑in mounting. Connector contacts and mounting rails are implemented as contact areas or cut‑outs on the host system to avoid additional mounting costs. netJACK can be installed before shipment or later by the end customer. The module enables a wide range of communication solutions for drives, HMI systems and identification systems; additional functions such as soft‑PLC, visualization or customer applications are supported. For special requirements, Hilscher offers a Design and Production Service. A 10‑year delivery guarantee applies thanks to the netX network controller.
