Overview
This metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a single-disc benchtop model featuring freely selectable rotation direction of the grinding and polishing disc and a quick-change capability for the disc. Equipped with an advanced microprocessor control system, the machine allows independent operation of the grinding and polishing stages by simply changing the grinding/polishing disc or the metallographic abrasive papers and polishing cloths, enhancing versatility. The machine provides smooth rotation, high safety and reliability, compact design, and low noise. It is fitted with a water-cooling unit that cools the specimen during grinding to prevent overheating and damage to metallographic structure.
