Overview
The MOTOMAN HC30PL is a 6-axis collaborative palletising robot offering a 30 kg payload and a maximum reach of 1,700 mm (measured from S/L axis centre to R/T axis centre). It is designed for fenceless collaborative palletising installations where high payload, reach and hygiene features are required.

Operation and programming
The HC30PL supports hand-guiding, a standard teach pendant and an intuitive Smart Pendant. Direct Teach buttons on the wrist accept taught positions immediately without pendant confirmation, reducing commissioning and changeover times and easing use for integrators and newcomers.

Safety and collaborative functions
Built-in safety functions include automatic retraction from clamping situations, push-away with resume and advanced Power and Force Limiting that provides immediate stop on contact. The robot supports mixed operation modes to balance operator safety and productivity.

Applications
Optimised for collaborative palletising, pick & place and food-handling tasks requiring protection against dust/liquids and food-grade lubrication. Typical installations include fenceless end-of-line palletising and high-payload material handling operations.
