Overview
The MOTOMAN SP150R is a 6-axis shelf-mounted spot welding and handling robot designed for elevated installations with downward working orientation. It provides a maximum working range of 3140 mm and a maximum payload of 150 kg (including C-adapter). The robot accommodates common spot-welding guns and large grippers and can integrate servo-controlled welding guns as an auxiliary 7th axis with robot-supported gun compensation.

Control and drive technology
Controlled by the compact MOTOMAN YRC1000 controller and equipped with Yaskawa Sigma7 servo drives, the SP150R delivers advanced motion dynamics and efficient energy use to support demanding production cycles.

Designed primarily for spot welding and material handling where shelf-mounted, downward operation is required. Particularly suited for servo welding guns and large grippers thanks to its 150 kg payload capacity.
