Overview
The MOTOMAN HC20DTP is a 6-axis collaborative robot designed for fenceless palletizing and material handling. Rated for a 20 kg payload, it provides an absolute reach of 1,900 mm and an effective reach of 1,700 mm. With IP67 protection, food-grade grease in all joints and a drip-proof coating, it is suited to certain food-industry installations.

Operation & Programming
The HC20DTP supports hand guiding, a standard teach pendant and the Smart Pendant. Direct Teach buttons on the wrist allow immediate acceptance of taught positions without pendant confirmation, reducing programming time. The robot can be switched between safely monitored collaborative mode and full power/speed (hybrid mode) to improve cycle times. Media cables for grippers or tools are pre-routed inside the arm and exit at the wrist, reducing the need for external cable packages.
