Overview
The MOTOMAN PL80 is a compact 5-axis palletising robot designed for high-speed palletising of boxes, cartons and packs in logistics and e-commerce applications. It handles payloads up to 80 kg and achieves high cycle rates, exceeding 800 cycles per hour.

Design & application
Low overall height, a slim profile and a small footprint allow installation in constrained spaces while providing sufficient horizontal and vertical reach for end-of-line palletising tasks. Internal cable routing increases system reliability for continuous operation.
