Description

Overview
Cylinder pressure sensors of type 6052C use a piezoelectric crystal to achieve high sensitivity in a very compact sensor. They are designed for high-temperature applications and are suitable for installation with front sealing in an M5x0.5 bore in complex cylinder-head geometries.

Description
The piezoelectric element provides high sensitivity while keeping the sensor compact. Sensitivity variation is limited to ±0.5% across 150°C to 250°C. The patented passive acceleration compensation by Kistler minimizes the influence of engine vibrations. The front seal ensures efficient heat transfer and helps maintain a safe operating temperature. The optimized diaphragm delivers accurate measurements and contributes to long service life.
