The Aardwolf FMVLA04-2T is a heavy-duty forklift-mounted vacuum lifter designed for lifting, lowering and positioning large sheets, plates and panels weighing up to 2,000 kg.

Combining a powerful vacuum lifting system with a forklift-mounted design, the FMVLA04-2T provides a versatile material handling solution for glass, stone slabs, metal sheets, concrete panels, plastics, timber and laminated panels.

The unit can handle sheet materials up to 3,000 × 3,000 mm and features large 508 × 808 mm adjustable vacuum pads, allowing the lifting configuration to be adapted to different panel sizes.

An electrically operated remote control provides 90° rotation and tilting, allowing operators to reposition large panels between different orientations without relying on conventional clamps or slings.

The automatic pressure control system activates the vacuum pump when required to maintain the necessary vacuum level. An audio/visual safety system provides additional monitoring during lifting operations.

Powered by a 24V-100A battery system, the FMVLA04-2T provides up to 3 hours of continuous operation and more than 100 hours of standby time.

The attachment is connected to the forklift using a secure chain system, transforming suitable forklifts into versatile vacuum handling equipment for factories, warehouses, construction sites and material processing facilities.
