Anti-vibration damper (silentblock) series LSDE designed to reduce internal vibrations of motors, fans, washing machines, pumps, hydraulic units, rotors, cylinders and to limit transmission of vibration to surrounding structures. Compact rubber-metal element supplied in multiple sizes and metric-threaded variants. Assembly is straightforward; product is intended for industrial and consumer equipment applications.

Materials and options

• Standard elastomer: NR (natural rubber), hardness 55° ± 5 Shore A.
• Other elastomer options: NBR, SBR, CR, EPDM and variable hardnesses on request.
• Standard metal part: galvanized steel (S - ST37, DIN EN 12329 - Fe // Zn12 // C).
• Optional metal: stainless steel SS - A2 (AISI 304) or other special alloys upon request.

Applications

• Soften internal vibrations of motors, fans, washing machines, hydraulic groups, pumps, rotors and cylinders.
• Minimize or cancel transmission of vibration to external equipment (sieves, vibrators, frames).
