Product description
Dip moulding is a manufacturing process in which a heated mold is introduced into a tank of cold PVC plastisol. The PVC adheres to the mold surface and, after curing, forms the cap. Lengths are unrestricted and wall thicknesses vary according to the number of immersions.

• Material: PVC plastisol (phthalate-free)
• Typical hardness: Shore A 70 ±5
• Operating temperature range: -15°C to 60°C
• Standard colours: Black (standard black parts include UV protection), Yellow, Red

• Other Shore hardness ranges between 50 and 90
