Product overview
PRPRE cable glands with a lamellar clamping system provide secure cable retention and sealing for industrial and outdoor installations. Available in metric, PG, GAS (BSPP) and NPT threads and in RAL 9005, RAL 7001 and RAL 7035 colours.

Series details
AA Series – With trapezoidal internal thread (anti‑unscrewing)

• Body: Polyamide 6. Seal: neoprene; pre‑stamped sealing rings acting as O‑rings.
• Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C.
• Ingress protection: IP68.
• Flammability: self‑extinguishing UL94‑V2.
• Certifications: VDE (EN 62444), UL, c‑UL‑us, DNV.
• Trapezoidal internal thread prevents accidental loosening between body and nut; some black (RAL 9005) models are UV resistant.

BB Series – With internal safety teeth (anti‑vibration)

• Body: Polyamide 6. Seal: chloroprene with integrated O‑ring; integrated sealing rings at the base.
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +100°C (short peaks to +150°C).
• Ingress protection: IP66 / IP68 (up to 5 bar) and Type 4X (UL 50E) where specified.
• Flammability: self‑extinguishing UL94‑V2.
• Certifications: VDE (EN 62444), UL (UL 514B), CSA C22.2, DNV GL.
• Internal safety teeth provide anti‑vibration retention.

Compliance and applications
Both series are designed to IEC/EN 62444 and are suitable for electrical, mechanical and outdoor installations where reliable cable sealing and retention are required.
