Description
Dip moulding (molten PVC dip) is a process in which a heated mold is introduced into a tank of cold liquid PVC plastisol. The PVC fixes on the mold and forms the part. Lengths can be produced to practically any size; thickness depends on the number of immersions.

• Standard hardness: Shore A 70 ±5 (other ranges 50–90 on request).
• Operating temperature: -15° to 60° C.
• Standard colours: black (standard UV protection), yellow, red.
