Product description
Dip moulding (dip-moulded parts) is obtained by introducing a heated mould into a tank of cold PVC plastisol. The PVC adheres and cures on the mould to form the part. The process allows virtually unlimited lengths and variable thicknesses depending on the number of dips.

Material and properties
Material: PVC plastisol (phthalate-free). Standard hardness: Shore A 70 ±5. Use temperature: -15°C to 60°C. Standard black parts include UV protection without special additives. Standard colours: black, yellow, red.

Options available on request

• Other shore hardness ranges between 50 and 90°.
• Parts under FDA certification.
• Special vinyl material to comply with UL94.
