Description
Dip moulding (dip moulding) is a manufacturing process in which a heated mould is immersed into a tank of liquid PVC plastisol. The plastisol adheres to the mould cavities and forms caps, sleeves or covers. The process allows continuous or variable lengths and wall thickness is adjusted by the number of immersion cycles.

Material and general information
PVC plastisol (phthalate‑free). Standard Shore hardness: A 70° ±5°. Recommended operating temperature: -15° to 60°. Standard colours: black (includes UV protection), yellow, red. Black parts provide UV resistance without special additives and are suitable for outdoor exposure.

Options upon special request

• Other Shore hardness ranges: 50–90°.
• Parts manufactured under FDA certification.
• Special vinyl formulations to meet UL94 flammability classes.
