Overview
The R19IP7T-IPA1 is a 19-inch front IP65 panel PC featuring an Intel® Pentium® N4200 processor, designed for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI in wet or dusty industrial environments. The unit targets OEMs, system integrators and industrial buyers requiring a fanless, panel-mount HMI with long-term availability.

Design and application
Front IP65 rating provides protection against dust and water jets when correctly mounted in a front panel cut-out. The front bezel includes an O-ring seal for reliable sealing with customer fixtures. Available with resistive touch or protective glass (non-touch) to suit kiosk, outdoor kiosk, pool/SPA kiosk and factory-floor HMI installations.

Interfaces and expansion
The platform offers broad connectivity for industrial integration: dual Gigabit LAN, multiple USB 3.0 ports, configurable RS232/422/485 ports, audio, M.2 slots for SSD or Wi‑Fi module and an optional PCIe 2.0 x1 slot for additional peripherals.

Installation and maintenance
Panel-mount design with specified cut-out dimensions and rear O-ring simplifies sealing and installation in cabinets or enclosures. Fanless thermal design reduces maintenance; TPM 2.0 and optional OS images (Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Linux) support secure embedded deployments.
