Overview
The CP-RIO6-001 is a 4HP rear I/O module designed for CP6002, CP6003, CP6004, CP6005 and CP6006 6U CompactPCI processor boards. It complies with Kontron's proprietary RTM pinout rev 1.11 and provides external access to USB, Ethernet, serial interfaces, DVI-D/HDMI video, USB Flash and SATA connections. Certain versions include a socket for a 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD.

Available versions

• Version 1: Hard disk socket for 2.5" HDD/SSD. Rear panel: 1x DVI/HDMI, 2x USB, 2x Ethernet.
• Version 2: No hard disk socket. Rear panel: 2x DVI/HDMI, 2x USB, 2x Ethernet.
• Version 3: Hard disk socket for 2.5" HDD/SSD. Rear panel: VGA, 2x USB, 2x Ethernet.

Planned variant
Planned: Rear transition module with triple-display outputs. Rear panel: VGA + 2x DVI/HDMI, 2x USB, 2x Ethernet. This variant does not include the 2.5" HDD/SSD socket.
