OverviewExcelitas C30902SH-DTC is a silicon single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) designed for ultra-low light detection and photon-counting applications. The device supports operation in Geiger mode (VOP > VBD) for single-photon detection and in linear mode (VOP < VBD) with internal avalanche gains typically ≥250. Units are available with integrated single- or dual-stage thermoelectric coolers for enhanced dark-count performance.
