Product Description
The C30703FH silicon avalanche photodiode (Si APD) features a 10 x 10 mm photosensitive area in a flat-pack designed for extremely large-area radiation and particle detection. The device provides enhanced short-wavelength (blue) responsivity with peak quantum efficiency near 530 nm, enabling efficient coupling to scintillator crystals and fast timing for instrumentation and monitoring applications.
