The C30724EH-2 Silicon Avalanche Photodiode (Si APD) integrates a built-in 905 nm narrow band-pass filter in a metal TO-18 package. Designed for high-volume 905 nm laser range-finding applications, it offers a 0.5 mm photosensitive diameter, low temperature coefficient and can be operated at fixed bias without temperature compensation.
