The C30733 Series combines high-gain InGaAs avalanche photodiodes (APDs) with a 30 µm active area. Excelitas InGaAs APDs deliver high quantum efficiency, strong responsivity and low noise across 1000–1700 nm. Available in a hermetically sealed TO-18 package or as an FC/APC single-mode fiber pigtail, the series is suited for fiber-based sensing and low-light detection in industrial and laboratory applications.
