Product Overview
The C30665GH is a large-area InGaAs PIN photodiode featuring a 3.0 mm active-diameter chip housed in a TO-5 package with a flat glass window. It delivers high quantum efficiency across 800 nm–1700 nm, with high responsivity, high shunt resistance, low dark current and low capacitance for fast response and stable performance. Uniformity across the active area is within 2%.
