Product overviewThe XTOF-101-A is a monolithic, fully integrated photoelectric CMOS Time-of-Flight system-on-chip (SoC) designed for optical distance measurement and object detection. It embeds a 160 × 60-pixel ToF imager, an integrated LED or laser driver, an A/D converter and an on-chip controller to provide a full signal acquisition and processing chain on a single die. Per-pixel outputs are 12-bit DCS distance data, exposed via a high-speed digital 8-bit parallel video interface.
