Product Overview
The LLAM-900-R5BH is a high-speed, low-light analog silicon avalanche photodiode (APD) receiver with a 0.5 mm active diameter in a hermetically sealed package. It integrates a thermoelectric cooler and a preamplifier, providing 200 MHz bandwidth for accurate analog signal detection in demanding optical systems.

LLAM Series
The LLAM Series combines an APD chip, thermoelectric (TE) cooler and preamplifier inside a hermetically sealed, modified 12-lead TO-66 flange package with enhanced heat sinking. Fully RoHS compliant, these modules maintain stable responsivity and reduced noise over a 5°C to 40°C ambient range thanks to the TE cooler.
