Product OverviewThe VTA1216H-H-SC-01-0 is a 16-element photodiode array (PDA) designed for X-ray detection in single- or dual-energy imaging architectures. The device features a 1.2 mm sensor pitch and can be supplied with a range of scintillator crystals, including CsI HE for high-energy detection. It is compatible with pairing to VTA1216H-L series detectors for low-energy channels in dual-energy systems.
DetailsThe VTA1216H Series comprises a 16-channel high-resolution photodiode array implemented as eight dual-element photodiodes mounted on an FR-4 printed circuit board (PCB). The photo-sensitive areas are covered by a transparent coating and bond wires are protected by a glob-top encapsulant. Off-the-shelf and custom pitch options are available on request. Parts may be delivered with or without a scintillator material mounted over the photodiode active area to convert incident X-rays into visible photons.
