Product OverviewThe Excelitas SPCM-1064 Single Photon Counting Module is engineered for high-performance detection across the 905 nm to 1064 nm range. It integrates a silicon avalanche photodiode delivering typical single-photon detection efficiency (PDE) of ~10% at 1064 nm and >50% between 750 nm and 950 nm. The module provides a 500 µm active area for improved uniformity and consistent signal capture, reducing calibration effort in precision measurements. It extends NIR response up to 1064 nm while preserving SPCM-AQRH family features such as stable temperature behavior, robust overload protection and highly linear output, ensuring reliable operation in demanding measurement environments.
