Product OverviewThe Excelitas EXACTD® platform provides Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) detection for Laser Warning Receiver (LWR) and Electro-Optic threat systems. The EXACTD-332 is a compact photodiode module combining Si and InGaAs detector arrays to deliver broadband sensitivity from 500 to 1650 nm in a TO-8 package, optimized for precise AoA encoding across a wide field of view.
Operation and Key AttributesThe EXACTD-332 uses a 3-bit Gray code encoding scheme to represent incident AoA with an encoded angular resolution of ±6.0°. The module can be oriented for use in either azimuth or elevation and provides a ±45° field of view. Integrated low- and high-sensitivity channels extend dynamic range, and each photodiode array includes two reference channels for baseline level determination.
