Overview
The X-Cite 120Q provides high spectral excitation and uniform wide-field fluorescence illumination across the sample surface. Designed with Intelli-Lamp® technology to maintain optimal lamp temperature and automatically log operating hours, the X-Cite 120Q extends lamp lifetime. The 120 W short-arc mercury lamp is prealigned for simple one-step replacement. An optional adjustable iris with five settings lets users tune illumination intensity to optimize sample imaging and minimize fluorophore photobleaching. The system is suited for routine assays and multi-user laboratory installations.
