Product overview
The kineFLEX-HPV™ and kineFLEX-UV™ are laser beam delivery systems for single-wavelength operation covering high-power visible (405–640 nm) and UV (355 nm and 375 nm). The systems incorporate pre-focused, integrated optical assemblies with automatic fiber mode-matching to the laser, delivering transmission efficiencies >65% and guaranteed performance up to 500 mW for most wavelengths.

• Single-mode fiber decouples laser beam astigmatism and dynamic beam-pointing instability from the application measurement path.
• Fiber-based packaging relocates heat sources and removes bulky optical components, simplifying alignment and reducing the number of optical surfaces.
• The kineMATIX® kinematic coupler provides true Plug & Play operation for single-mode and polarization-maintaining fibers with sub-micron repeatability and sub-microradian stability on repeated remove/insert cycles.
• Output configurations can produce pure Gaussian beam profiles with very low wavefront error, or engineered spatial profiles and shapes.
• Single-mode options support multi-wavelength broadband transmission (>200 nm) and ultra-high vacuum compatibility.

Applications & Customization
kineFLEX fiber systems can be tailored to OEM specifications. Custom OEM and higher-power or multi-wavelength versions are available on request.
