Overview
The OmniCure LX500 UV LED spot curing system controller integrates Intelli-Lamp technology to monitor LED head temperature and lifetime while automatically maintaining optical output within ±5% for stable, repeatable processes. Available in 2- or 4-channel configurations, the LX500 controls up to four interchangeable UV LED heads simultaneously or independently at 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm. Updated electronics support OmniCure V3 high‑power LED heads delivering up to 27 W/cm² irradiance and up to 1,100 mW optical power; the widened voltage range enables support for custom wavelength heads.
