Overview
The OmniCure CV300 is a versatile conveyor system designed to complement the OmniCure AC Series high-power UV LED curing systems. It is suitable for production, laboratory and R&D applications. The CV300 accepts substrates up to 310 mm (12.2") wide on its open-mesh Teflon®-coated fiberglass belt with an effective curing area up to 300 mm (12") depending on the OmniCure LED system in use.

Design and Operation
The CV300 features a mounting design that supports multiple configurations of OmniCure AC Series LED heads. LED modules can be positioned perpendicular to the belt travel or rotated in 15° increments toward a parallel orientation. Belt speed is adjustable from 1 m/min (3 ft/min) to 14.5 m/min (48 ft/min) in 0.3 m/min (1 ft/min) steps via a digital readout. Safety provisions include light guards, an emergency stop (e-stop) and an interlock to switch off the LED head when the belt stops.
