Product overview
The kineMATIX® is a patented optomechanical mount designed to align iFLEX® laser system beams into a single-mode fiber. It is supplied as the manipulator included with kineFLEX® Fiber Delivery Systems and is optimized for retaining alignment when fibers are detached and reinserted.

Extremely Stable Optomechanics
kineMATIX provides four axes of adjustment (X, Y, tip, tilt) plus a centrally located fifth button for quick removal and insertion of the fiber. The mechanism delivers sub-micron repeatability and sub-microradian stability. Its thermally insensitive construction and rigid design maintain laser-to-fiber alignment over a wide temperature range and during transport.

Plug-and-Play Performance
For over 25 years the kineMATIX has been used in OEM instruments and scientific setups where detachable fiber interfaces are required. Alignment settings are retained when a fiber is removed and remain when it is re-inserted, enabling consistent repeatability for modular systems.
