Overview
OmniCure® AC8⁺ Series air-cooled UV LED curing systems deliver up to 10 W/cm² peak irradiance with high longitudinal uniformity across large curing areas. Available wavelengths: 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm. Standard models use focusing optics for extended working distances; P versions are optimized for high UV dose at short working distances, suitable for print applications.

Scalability and Integration
Multiple LED heads can be joined to scale the curing area while maintaining optical uniformity between heads. The compact air-cooled design with improved heatsink integrates into production lines and workstations without additional venting, ozone extraction or external chillers.
