Overview
The Phoseon™ FireJet FJ100 Gen2 is a compact, air-cooled UV LED large-area curing system designed for scalable integration in printing and coating production lines. The unit is self-contained and offered in multiple emitting window lengths to match line geometry and throughput requirements. Control is available via PLC signals for basic functions or via digital interfaces for advanced status and remote control.

Details
The FireJet FJ100 Gen2 balances footprint and irradiance for installations where space is limited but high-intensity curing is required. It integrates WhisperCure™ noise-reduction and TargetCure™ irradiance management to maintain consistent output at low acoustic levels.
