Overview
The Phoseon Nexus II water-cooled UV LED curing system is engineered for high-throughput flexographic printing and label & packaging production. Patented thermal management, ValidCure™ verification and TargetCure™ control deliver consistent, measurable curing performance to increase line speeds, maximise press uptime and extend module lifetime.

Details
Nexus II integrates high-power LEDs and patented optics to provide high energy density and uniform curing across large web widths. Water-cooled models cover web widths from 300 mm to 675 mm and deliver 90 W of SLM™ light output energy per 25 mm segment. Systems support real-time remote monitoring via Nexus DataHub and offer significantly longer service life versus conventional units. Phoseon offers a five-year warranty on the complete system.
