Overview
The Fusion UV F600 Series is a modular microwave-powered, electrodeless UV curing system designed for continuous industrial production. The system features a 10-inch irradiator module paired with a microprocessor-controlled power supply offering two power levels (160 or 240 W/cm). Microwave excitation eliminates electrode wear, delivering consistent UV output and extended lamp life. Irradiators can be combined end-to-end to form virtually any lamp length and provide uniform exposure for web and part-processing applications.

Design & Integration Notes
The F600 Series is modular and scalable for integration into conveyor lines or custom fixtures. Adequate ventilation and a remote air-cooling system are required to maintain lamp temperature. Installers must provide sufficient clearance, correct power input and UV shielding for safe operation. Integration support, custom light shields and engineering guidelines are available upon request.
