OmniCure AC9⁺ is an air-cooled UV LED large-area curing system delivering up to 14 W/cm² peak irradiance with high longitudinal uniformity across optical widths of 150 mm to 300 mm. Available in 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm peak wavelengths. Standard models use focusing optics for longer working distances; P versions include enhanced optics and a removable front window optimized for short working distances in print applications. OmniCure LED module control enables active optimization of uniformity for repeatable curing results.

Key capabilities
Multiple AC9⁺ heads can be joined to create extended curing lengths while maintaining optical uniformity between modules (±5%). The scalable design supports higher throughput and flexible integration into production lines without the need for external venting, ozone extraction or chillers. Integrated PLC controls provide intensity management and system alarms for automated processes.
