Overview
The Phoseon FireLine FL440 is a water-cooled UV LED area curing system designed to deliver high total UV energy for demanding single-pass curing applications. With an IP66-rated enclosure and scalable architecture, the FL440 adapts to various production widths and provides consistent optical uniformity.

Key details
The 40 mm-wide emitting window extends exposure time and increases UV dose to enable complete curing in one pass. Modular lamp lengths accommodate custom printing widths. Optional Modbus TCP supports high-speed data exchange and remote monitoring.
