OverviewThe Phoseon FireJet FJ800 UV LED Curing System is a modular large-area curing solution for adhesive and coating applications on production lines. It provides uniform low-irradiance exposure over a 100 mm x 100 mm UV footprint and can be scaled in length and width to cover larger areas.
DetailsThe FireJet FJ800 is available in 365 nm or 395 nm wavelengths. The system is operated via a separate, compact controller that supports up to six light sources and offers an intuitive graphical interface for process control. The modular design allows multiple modules to be placed adjacent for continuous coverage.
Features- Peak irradiance: 1 W/cm² at 395 nm
- Peak irradiance: 0.6 W/cm² at 365 nm
- Scalable, modular architecture to configure custom length and width curing areas
- Optical uniformity >90% across the UV footprint
- Separate controller to reduce headspace and simplify integration
- Suitable for large-area manufacturing and long dwell-time processes
Applications- Coating and adhesive curing for electronics manufacturing and other large-area production
