Overview
Excelitas' Axsun IntegraSpec XL spectrometer engines integrate MEMS tunable laser technology to deliver fast measurement cycles, high spectral resolution and improved signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for inline process monitoring. Designed for single-point or multiplexed detector inputs, the IntegraSpec XL supports vapor, liquid and solid phase NIR measurements and is qualified for rugged industrial environments.
