Overview
The Phoseon VeriCure water-cooled UV LED curing system is a wide-format UV source engineered for industrial coatings and high-speed printing. The system integrates a patented Semiconductor Light Matrix (SLM) array and an efficient water-cooling architecture to deliver high optical power, consistent dose, and industry-grade uniformity across large irradiation windows. Available wavelengths: 365 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm (385 nm on request). The unit supports flexible integration and standard industrial communication protocols.

Platform and performance tiers
The VeriCure platform offers two performance tiers to match throughput and cost requirements: the Standard tier provides 95 W per 25 mm with 75 mm independently controllable segments; the Lite tier provides 48 W per 25 mm with 150 mm independently controllable segments. Both tiers are designed for industrial coating and printing lines where dose, uniformity and uptime are critical.
